The New Generation School Project, implemented by KAPE, has organized a three-day workshop for facilitators, Mentors from 1 to 3 December 2022 to continue to lead the Foundation Workshop to about 81 teachers who have just passed the exam as teachers in the New Generation Schools.
Purpose:
- Establish a regular professional development system in school during the new school year.
- Promote / Develop a technical and financial sustainability plan under the new school policy, i.e. school management.
- Promote school governance by focusing on three main factors: (1) management and leadership, (2) educational innovation, and (3) will.
- Strengthen common understanding of key regulations and topics among workshop facilitators.
- Present the agenda for the 10-day basic workshop held in Kampong Cham province from 19 to 28 December 2022.
The content to be trained includes: Teaching Methods, Teaching Techniques, Use of ICT Tools, Teacher Career Path, Soft Skills, Student Assessment, Study Club, STEM, Project Development work, Question Bank, Lesson Objectives… .
