On Monday, June 5, 2023, at 8:00 AM, the NGS Program held a meeting on the opening of bidding for the supply of computers for teachers and students and the and construction of meeting hall for 2023 with the participation of HE Lor Chhor Vanna, Chairman of the National Board, Mr. Hin Sim Hourn, Executive Vice President of KAPE, at the meeting hall of Preah Sisowath High School. The meeting focused on two main parts: equipment, technology and materials for repairing the hall.
Part 1: Bidding for technology equipment (Computers, Servers, Monitors, Mini PC, LCD Projector …). Starting from 8:15 am with the participation of bids from 5 companies including Gates-Hub Company Limited, SunFlex Cambodia CO., Ltd, KOOMPICO., LTD. SYNERGY TECH CO., LTD. And DeCons Research & Development Co., LTD.
The process of buying a student-teacher computer has the following stages:
1. Announcement to the company from May 15 to May 25, 2023.
2. Orientation for each company to show the requirements and bidding procedure on May 26, 2023.
3. Collect bids from the company on May 31, 2023.
4. Open bidding on June 5, 2023.
The process of the program is to open a quote from the companies supplier, showing the results of each company on a slide in front of the Board of Directors, Program Team, Administration Team, and Accounting Team.
For the results of the bidding, the Program will inform and contact the company directly after the decision meeting of the technical team under the approval of the Board.
Part 2: Opening Ceremony of Bidding, Renovation and Meeting Hall with the participation of 6 companies, including LNC-O Construction & Import Export Co., Ltd, Mao davuth Construction.co., Ltd, Dynamic Builder Co ., Ltd DIM REAKSMEY DECOR CO., LTD. K E D C C CONSTRUCTION & IMPORT EXPORT CO., LTD, and MEC. The procedure and process are the same as the opening of the first part of the bidding. The program ended at 11 am in a happy and caring atmosphere.
